Lt. Tagliaterra has been active with the Old Forge Fire Department since 1985 when he joined as a junior firefighter. He worked his way up through the ranks and was promoted to Lt. of Ladder Company 93 in 1992.
Lt. Tagliaterra is trained in many areas of fire and rescue related subjects. He is a local level PA State Fire Instructor. He is employed by both Bucks County Community College and Harrisburg Area Community College as a fire instructor.
